We will review your design appointments to determine if there are any scope gaps in responsibility to cover Building Regulation Compliance.
We will also review the balance of responsibility between your designers and your builder(s). We will highlight any responsibilities you must ensure your builder will provide when they tender and price your project.
Professional Competency
We will assess the competency of your design professionals and evaluate their experience to ensure they are competent to undertake your project.
We will also evaluate if they exhibit the required professional behaviours to enable them to act as your design lead or lead designer.
